Our goal for these wines was to complement our recipes, showcasing the natural partnership between food AND wine. We'd never made a wine before, but we sure had fun doing it! To create the wine, our Food Director Rhoda Boone AND Senior Editor Matt Duckor went to Sonoma, California to assist award-winning winemaker Linda Trotta in blending a robust Cabernet Sauvignon and a bright AND crisp Chardonnay. We hope you enjoy drinking them as much as we did making them.
